 InterNACHI® School (internachi.edu) is accredited as a nonprofit post-secondary educational institution (college) by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET), a national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE)  InterNACHI® operates the inspection industry’s most comprehensive website at NACHI.org. NACHI.org is a monster: a 285,000-page site dedicated to inspection-related issues, and also host to a 1.7 million-post message board that receives more than 1,000 new posts a day. 

 A home inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of a home's accessible areas. Home inspectors look for damage and potential issues in readily visible, accessible parts of a home, both inside and out .

 Here are some parts of a home inspection: 

• ElectricalThe inspector will check the electrical panel for safety, make sure wiring is grounded, and inspect outlets are functioning properly.
• PlumbingThe inspector will make sure all the plumbing in the home has no leaks and there is adequate water pressure.
• HVACThe inspector will visually inspect the furnace, heat pump, and air conditioner to make sure they are working properly.
• RoofThe inspector will determine the condition and age of the roof, the strength of the roof, and check the tiles, roof shingles, and the seams on the metal roof.
• ExteriorThe inspector will check for cracks, missing siding, or damage to the roof.
• FoundationThe inspector will examine the foundation if it is visible.

We also provide annual maintenance inspections to help homeowners locate and react to potential problems with their homes.
